Dutch Master

August 2010

Damn... I haven't written a diary for months! I'm so busy that I totally forgot it. June, July and August where some crazy months with lots of highlights! First of all my new track Million Miles Away was finished in these months and is already released. I'm very happy with the result and I think it's a good follow up for Recalled to Life. I get so much reactions from all around the world, thanks for that! And Yes, it's my aunt singing in the track once again. :)

I played six gigs in August and they where all very different but absolute great. Ofcourse I have to mention Dance Valley! It really is a dream come true for me that I have played this festival. I visited this festival many times when I was younger and now I have played there myself. It's still the most famous dance festival in the Netherlands and my name was on the line-up. So proud. :) Check the video!

Another fesitval to mention is Creamfields. What an amazing crowd the UK always is. I had some serious competition during my set because the Swedish House Mafia and Tiësto where playing on the other stages during my set! But... I still got a full area, thanks for the support! I really enjoyed it.

Besides these two festivals I also played in Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Gran Canaria, Scotland and Switserland the last months. I love travelling and spreading my sound. Meeting so many friendly people, I'm very happy with the support you all give me and hope to see you all soon!

May 2010

What a busy times...! Finally some time for writing a diary. May 2010 was a great month with 6 gigs. It started with Sonic14 in Basel Switzerland. Showtek was also playing this night so I could travel with my friends to Switzerland. The organisation build a great stage and the party people where amazing. People where clapping their hands and having a good time. Check the video here.

A few days later I was very exited because I was going to the USA! I arrived at Thursday in New York and did some sightseeing at Times Square (WOW!). Friday I also did some sightseeing and after that I played my gig at Revolution 5. Very friendly party people out there and I talked to some real cool fans! The people knew all my tracks and I had a great night! Check the video here.
Saturday I had to get out of bed pretty early because I was flying to Seattle. I had a good diner with DJ Wheelz and DJ Check 6 (thanks!). After that we where going to Blackout 8. A cool underground club and the party vibe was so good! Very cool party people who really enjoyed the party. Sunday I did some sightseeing in Seattle with Ryan and his girlfriend and monday I flew back home.

I stayed home for 3 days and get some rest but I was back at the airport again at friday. Together with Showtek and Abyss & Judge I was going to Sound Therapy in Kiel Germany. This was also a very good party and we had good fun with the Dutch Master Works team there. :)
The next evening I was playing with Showtek in Leeuwarden the Netherlands at Club Noa. It was great to play a set in the Netherlands because I don't play so many times in my own country. I had to close the party and people where partying till the last minute. Respect!

My last gig in May was in Belfast Ireland. Wow... lot's of fans. Shooting photos with fans and giving away autographs all the time. Playing for this crowd was big fun and I really enjoyed Belfast! Hope to be there again soon.

February 2010

I played three times in the UK this month! Two times in Scotland and last but not least in Wales. It started with the Scotland weekend. Friday I played in Dundee and Saturday in Glasgow. Digital Punk and Profyler joined me in Glasgow and we had a great time together! Once again beining in Scotland was great! Love to be there and come back soon! Wales was also a good night. First went to Kutski in Chester and searched for a place to eat something but all restaurants where packed so we ended up in the Mac Donalds. The party was good and the fight in the DJ booth was a new experience.
